We’re partnered with a reputable brand in the environmentally sustainable manufacturing space to help them find a Business Development Rep to join their growing sales team out of Mississauga, Ontario. Our client is focused on B2B expansion through the development of eco-friendly products for consumers’ everyday general shopping and grocery needs

 

POSITION

In this position, you will be building and growing small to medium business accounts within the main markets of Grocery and Retail in select territories throughout North America. 

 

This role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and open to Ontario-based candidates that are able to commute to Mississauga.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

-2+ years of sales experience with active outbound prospecting; B2B is a plus - preferred within the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry

-Solid networking abilities combined with prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

-A proven track record of success, aggressive business growth, and exceeding quotas.

-University or College degree in business or a related discipline is an asset.

-Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, or Hubspot is an asset.
