Requirements
  • Prototyping and Use Case Development
  • Design and Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of Generative AI solutions. Facilitate and conduct testing/validation to ensure model output accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop use cases for leveraging Gen AI and the LLM ecosystem to address specific business challenges, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences.
  • Programming Expertise and Technology Integration
  • Design, Develop, and Implement scalable cloud-native applications leveraging the latest full-stack technologies and frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and integrate applications with RESTful API services.
  • Integrate Generative AI/LLM capabilities and services, Open APIs, and proprietary machine learning models to meet use cases and enhance the capabilities of existing or new applications.
  • Work with large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and develop data-driven applications.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, prompt engineers, data engineers, cloud engineers, and product managers, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Share expertise and knowledge within the team and potentially mentor engineers across the organization.
  • Innovation / Research and Development: Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in the field and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to our business processes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, fostering collaboration adoption, and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and outcomes.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating innovative solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
  • Deep Development experience in at least one public cloud provider.
  • Proficiency in building and running platforms and cloud-native applications at scale.
  • Deep program experience in various programming languages with Python, JavaScript frameworks, Java, C++, .Net, and SQL.
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Strong experience in Front-End Frameworks (React/Angular and other frontend frameworks), Server-Side Languages
  • Experience database design and development using Postgres Redis or other NoSQL data stores.
  • Practical experience leveraging open-source frameworks to build applications.
  • Familiarity with developing applications using large language models, vector databases, Prompt Engineer, and a sound understanding of various versions of GPT (and other models) and Open AI API would be a plus.
  • Working experience in developing and applying AI/ML technologies (ex., LangChain, OpenAI) to business solutions would be a plus.
  • Proven ability for problem-solving and debugging.
  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge & ability to operationalize scalable web/web services applications with industry standards and best practices.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field such as MIS is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including proficiency in Python.
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
  • 3+ years working experience with at least cloud platform.
  • Passion for innovation and curiosity to explore new ideas. Self-starter mindset
  • Ability to derive and drive technical solutions from non-technical users
  • Proficient in mastering technologies to tackle pivotal business challenges independently and proactively. Demonstrate aptitude for thriving in ambiguous situations and taking decisive initiative
