  • Establish and take the lead in scheduling and facilitating phone call or Zoom check-ins with clients and volunteers
  • Participate in team meetings, volunteer trainings, and other events
  • Attend and facilitate volunteer and client match meetings
  • Collect volunteer data and enter logs into database
  • Provide administrative support through filing and database management
  • Complete required readings and journal entries
  • Other duties as assigned
