Requirements
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B business
  • Proven track record of setting and accomplishing goals with clear targets, resources, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team leaders to take new products and features to the market
  • Strong attention to detail, highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Health-tech or technology preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop product positioning and value messaging for our digital properties, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement assets
  • Help create campaign strategies that increase brand awareness, drive new leads, and engage existing prospects in their buyer journey
  • Understand the competitive landscape, conduct market research, and analyze our member engagement data to develop insight that ensures our value proposition and key differentiators resonate with our target audiences
  • Partner with leaders in Product, Clinical, Sales, and Creative to develop sales collateral and thought leadership content that successfully positions SWORD's solutions against the competition
  • Support our commercial teams with training, market insight, reporting, and tools that enable them to effectively sell our solutions
  • Leverage market understanding, customer feedback, and member engagement data to provide insight to our product organization and influence our go-to-market strategies
