We are looking for bright and energetic students for great internship opportunities within Qualcomm’s Organizations for our 2023 Intern Class!
Qualcomm’s Internship Program
Working at Qualcomm may be the closest you’ll get to experiencing time travel. You won’t just work in a lab or write lines of code. Our interns join world-class teams to help define and build what is next for mobility and the world. You’ll be paired with a mentor with visibility to your project and team, receive support from your manager, and have access to the entire Qualcomm employee community to ensure your success. To round out your summer internship, we host professional development workshops, social events, cross-functional speaker sessions, and an executive speaker series. In addition to competitive hourly pay and accrued vacation time, you will receive relocation coverage and furnished housing accommodations for the duration of your internship. This internship will also serve as an interview, evaluating you for future full-time positions at Qualcomm upon completion of your undergraduate/graduate degree.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
Academic and/or project experience with MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Highly organized individual
Passionate about the Tech Industry
Must be available for May 22, 2023, Start Date through September 1, 2023
Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following Marketing Tracks:
Product Marketing
In a study toward Marketing Business Finance / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
Knowledge of marketing and technology
Inquisitive with interest in growing and developing their professional experience & network
Knowledge in Business, Marketing and Communication
Knowledge of the Automotive Industry
Proficiency in content creation – PowerPoint, 3D animations, Adobe Creative Suite Experience with latest social media apps Knowledge in chipset/SoC technologies Strong social and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Marketing Communications
Strong organizational & management skills
Close attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and plan ahead
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - primarily Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator. Premiere, After Effects, and 3D software
Must be enrolled in upper-level Design courses
Must have a portfolio with Samples
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, short video creation, and smartphone photography
Knowledge of the Tech Industry, including Snapdragon-powered smartphones and mobile gaming
Experience with Instagram & TikTok
Deep knowledge of video production, editing & filming experience as a host or video personality
Engineer
Experience in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Shell)
Knowledge of the Automotive Industry
Experience in Linux, Android, and/or RTOS embedded systems
Experience with GPIO, I2C, and/or SPI, including experience with sensors (e.g., accelerometer, IMU, temp, etc.)
Experience with wireless communications and technology standards (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc.)

Pay range:
$17.00 - $98.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
