Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a product design or user experience design role
  • Demonstrable experience highlighted by a strong portfolio of work
  • Able to conduct research and discovery, create wireframes, build interactions, prototype, and test your designs
  • Strong ownership and communication skills to drive design projects forward
  • Collaborative spirit, able to work with other designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Able to discern or research additional business and user requirements from stakeholders, subject matter experts, and/or users
  • Understands how to approach complex-systems to sift out problems and ideate solutions
  • Experience in Healthcare, Education, or Finance a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Work is reviewed and implemented with the occasional need for material direction or implementation changes based on collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Work on loosely scoped features or initiatives, sometimes with limited initial requirements
  • Product or feature work across different scrum teams in an Agile environment
  • Internal ownership of your designs and the design solutions
  • Cross-team collaboration for design strategy, initiatives, and operations
  • Design using custom components or Material UI (User Interface), depending on the team and product
  • Collaborate and contribute to the application component library for reusability
  • Understand and leverage quantitative and qualitative data (via applications like Pendo Analytics, FullStory, etc.) to help with design decisions
  • Ability to use design tools, such as Figma
