Responsibilities
  • Manage, support and grow a diverse team of engineers who design, build and support our macOS and Windows desktop applications and related tools
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the desktop team
  • Work closely with Product, Research, Design, Data and other engineering teams to define and build a best-in-class desktop experience
  • Guide the team in planning and executing a technical roadmap for our cross-platform Electron application
  • Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization
