  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years professional experience in product marketing, management consulting or marketing
  • 3+ Experience in the advertising, digital marketing industry
  • 2+ years direct report management experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of product marketers to deliver against business results. Cultivate talent and contribute to the professional growth of a team of direct reports.
  • Partner closely with a broad range of product, sales and marketing leaders to develop solution-level strategies across complex areas.
  • Distill and surface the voices of customers, agencies, field, and industry to drive meaningful action on R&D decisions, build marketing and messaging frameworks, and develop GTM motions.
  • Understand trends in the measurement landscape that may influence marketer needs, like partner landscape, competitor and industry changes and news, and be able to use that knowledge to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Execute complex projects and programs in a large-scale organization.
  • Successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results.
  • Identify and position key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way throughout multiple marketing channels.
