Requirements
- 5+ years of server side development experience with a primary focus on functional entitlements, data entitlements, and provisioning
- Experience in building and delivering frameworks, libraries, and services to support multiple projects
- 5+ years of Java development
- Minimum 2 years in ExtJS technology
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion for entitlements and attention to detail are critical
- Great interpersonal skills; strong partner / relationship management experience
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of agile development, object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming
- Experience with J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring
- Development of database schemas and Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server database experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of programs like Cognos, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects is a plus
- Experience with web services is a added advantage
