  • At least 2 years of prior HR administrative experience
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
  • Ability to be discreet and handle matters of confidentiality with utmost integrity, discretion, and sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with HRIS system (BambooHR and/ or Sequoia is preferred)
  • Create a positive onboarding experience for new employees; Coordinate employee onboarding with departments, ensure the return of required paperwork, schedule employees for orientation, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Payroll Administration i.e timesheet entry, deduction calculations, reimbursements, etc
  • Managing the employee off-boarding process
  • Being a champion of work culture activities
  • Maintain all HR employee files
  • Maintain and update all employee email distribution lists, as well as staff contact lists
  • Assist in program rollouts and training (i.e.: performance review process, salary planning, benefits open enrollment, etc.)
  • Assist HR team with ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and programs as requested
  • Performing other duties as assigned
