Ability to supervise multiple moving parts and make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to lift or move 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Proficiency with scheduling and payroll systems; Paylocity is preferred.
Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean three-year driving history.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day demolition field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Lead, motivate, and mentor crew members while fostering a safety-first, team-oriented culture.
Communicate with crews, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Input and manage crew schedules in Paylocity, verify payroll accuracy for human resources processing, and maintain time and labor accountability.
Control budgeted labor hours, track production, and minimize material waste.
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and contractors.
Enforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration and company safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure environmental and regulatory standards are met.
Provide hands-on field support as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish and English language ability.
Proficiency with Paylocity scheduling and payroll systems.
