Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of demolition equipment, tools, and systems.
- Ability to supervise multiple moving parts and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to lift or move 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Proficiency with scheduling and payroll systems; Paylocity is preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean three-year driving history.
- Must be available for day, night, and weekend shifts, with occasional travel.
- Must adhere strictly to company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety regulations.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day demolition field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor crew members while fostering a safety-first, team-oriented culture.
- Communicate with crews, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Input and manage crew schedules in Paylocity, verify payroll accuracy for human resources processing, and maintain time and labor accountability.
- Control budgeted labor hours, track production, and minimize material waste.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and contractors.
- Enforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration and company safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure environmental and regulatory standards are met.
- Provide hands-on field support as needed.
