Customer Care Specialist - POS Payments
Start Date: 1/9/2023 Class - Training is 5 weeks on-site in the Omaha, NE office. There is no PTO allowed during training.

Hourly Rate: $18.75 per hour

Care Specialists work as one team to answer incoming customer questions from multiple channels including phone (primary), chat and email. You will need to be hungry for learning everything, ’Toasty,” to showcase how our rapidly expanding hardware and software suite is better together!
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- The majority of time spent is customer-facing, solving complex problems via phone (primary), email, and chat
- Delights customers through expertise with empathy while demonstrating to customers how Toast products work better together
- Works and communicates cross-functionally
- Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions that will prevent repeat issues

- Critical thinking - Payments troubleshooting is often not a "follow these five steps" situation
- Strong desire and willingness to work with numbers and reporting
- Comfortable working under pressure in stressful situations
- Ability to navigate within a fast-paced environment and operates good judgment making
