COAF Ops Sr. Coordinator - Refi Lien Perfection (Onsite)
Job Description:

You will be responsible for processing lien placement transactions within the Title Department. The Role:
Candidate will be required to make calls to customers, dealerships, DMVs, and other financial institutions.
Candidate should be able to utilize probing questions to obtain required information from customers and third parties and by being firm and using negotiation and influencing skills to obtain required documents.
Candidate will be required to make contact with COAF borrowers in a professional manner and will communicate state specific title requirements in a manner understandable by persons unaware of state titling requirements.
Candidate must be able to pre-fill state documents required for lien placement, as well as prepare cover letters and operate fax/copy machines.
Candidate will be required to track and report productivity results and portfolio volumes in excel.
Candidate should possess great attention to detail and be able to type effectively.
Candidate should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Candidate must be dependable and display the ability to drive towards results.
Candidate should be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Candidate should display a great level of flexibility and be willing to learn while receiving on the job training with no formal classroom training available.
Location: Plano, TX - This role is an essential position and requires on site attendance
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 6 months of customer service experience
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of titles or lien placement experience
