  • Lead brand marketing campaigns rooted in strategic insights to build consumer connectivity and drive brand awareness. Drive innovation in the areas of storytelling, content, branding, and digital marketing
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer communications and lifecycle marketing strategy that encompasses email, push, SMS, onsite and mobile programs increasing customer engagement and lifetime value
  • Analyze and develop strategies to optimize SPO's Loyalty and Brand Ambassador Programs to further drive retention, increased purchase frequency, cross category purchases, and ROI
  • Lead, inspire, develop, and manage a group of high functioning team members to perform at the highest level and support world-class brands. Ensure organizational efficiency through collaboration, training, and development of the internal teams
  • Influence brand presence within the paid, micro-influencer and organic social media, display channels and paid search and positively impact member acquisition and activation
  • Direct online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including the site, search engines, social and media publishers to ensure business goals and objectives are met, including traffic, acquisition and conversion
