  • Shape the evolution of Tinder’s visual design system, ensuring cohesive and scalable design elements across the product.
  • Provide insights and connect various initiatives across different pillars to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand vision.
  • Present design concepts to senior leadership and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance our product experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems, ensuring they enable efficient and consistent work across teams.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments to integrate best practices and innovative approaches into our design process.
  • Stay ahead of visual design trends, bringing fresh ideas and a creative perspective to the team.
  • Ensure that our brand's expression outside the product matches the exceptional experiences within it.
