  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Human Resource Management
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Experience working within manufacturing industry highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday or HRIS systems helpful
Responsibilities
  • Implement and support HR Department initiatives including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, HR policies and practices, training, and full employee life cycle processes.
  • Acts as a primary point of contact and provides counsel and consulting services to internal partners across the organization as well provides support to employees.
  • Manage hourly recruiting for our 3 Solon locations
  • Coordinate temporary workforce
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS data
  • Drive employee engagement efforts and ensure alignment to nVent culture
