Responsibilities
  • Review of direct tax returns prepared by service providers for the management companies in the Group. This includes either preparing or liaising with internal teams to provide information.
  • Preparation of numbers and disclosures for audited financial statements.
  • Maintaining a compliance calendar to ensure tax filing requirements and managing tax payments for various jurisdictions.
  • Collating transfer pricing data to ensure adequate global documentation and liaising with service providers.
  • Collating short-term business visitor data and liaising with service providers for submissions in various jurisdictions.
  • Co-ordinating and collating information for the PAYE Settlement Agreement submission.
  • From time to time, assisting with reporting requirements under CBCR, FATCA and CRS matters including registration and compliance.
  • Ensuring that an effective tax documentation management system is maintained.
  • Providing support to the wider business by researching and liaising with service providers on tax advisory matters and ad hoc tax queries.
  • Interaction with various other internal departments including Finance, Legal and HR.
