Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 – 5 years of experience in curriculum development, program management, assessment, data management and evaluation or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience and confidence working with diverse faculty and students at the higher education level
  • Capacity and experience supporting faculty development on high-quality community-engaged learning and research skills, data management and outcomes assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with a variety of constituents and capacity to inspire a diverse range of stakeholders to advance a mission
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams to accomplish their goals
  • Excellent communication skills in oral, written and presentation forms
Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Einhorn Center staff, and the Cornell faculty and staff/administrators to facilitate and expand community-engaged learning and research practices
  • Supports the assessment and evaluation of the impact of community-engaged teaching and research for faculty, students, and partners
  • Monitors and develops reports to help inform strategic decisions
Desired Qualifications
  • PhD or EdD degree
  • Graduate degree with 5 years minimum of experience in curriculum development, program management, and outcomes assessment.
