We are looking for a Fleet Operations Specialist who can help us deliver our mission to make it seamless for individuals and businesses to make the transition to zero-carbon driving.
This is an early hire into the Vehicle Operations team, so there is lots to do but it is also an amazing chance to influence how we manage our fleet with plenty of development opportunities.
We have a rapidly growing fleet and customer base that rates their experience with us as Excellent on Trustpilot! We want to continue to extend that experience into our in-life service provision and are looking for someone to join the team to assist with all aspects of the journey for our customers.
This is a hybrid role which includes a generous car allowance as part of the overall package.
What you’ll do...
- Work with dealership partners to ensure that our fleet is on the road and always compliant whilst also making sure that we’re audit ready
- Work with our Customer Operations teams to ensure they consistently have the most up to date information to relay to our customers and keep them well informed at all times
- Assist in all areas of the Vehicle Operations Team; this may involve vehicle insurance, hire vehicle management, arranging vehicle recalls etc.
- Be office based twice a week as a minimum to manage our incoming post
What you’ll need...
- Fleet or leasing experience (including use of fleet management systems such as Key2 and OneLink) is an advantage
- Experience working in either a dealer/lease company or hire car company
- An understanding of the current challenges in the fleet industry
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and associated supply chains is preferable
- A curious and keen-eye for detail to spot areas of improvement
- To be a natural finisher and an effective operator - you leave no loose ends in your path
