Senior Insurance Product Manager @ Simply Business

The Customer Loyalty & Retention team are focused on creating experiences to drive customer loyalty and deliver business value - connecting the dots between the insurance needs of SMEs and landlords, products from insurers in the market, and processes supporting them throughout the policy lifecycle

Reporting to Jack (Head of Customer Loyalty & Retention), you’ll be given the autonomy to influence direction, decisions, and execution across the wider business. Jack will support you as you bring new ideas and new challenges to continue to improve the team.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As one of our Senior Insurance Product Managers, you’ll:

support the setting and delivery of the long term market strategy and budget targets for existing customers
working with teams across the business to improve customer experience throughout the life of policies
lead product and customer analysis, to inform change and deliver continuous improvement
explore customer problems and appraise opportunities

We’re looking for someone who is:

able to influence direction, decisions, and execution across the wider business
experienced delivering insurance or financial services product with hands-on decision-making in building/running products sold digitally
comfortable using data to inform decisions that drive product and process improvements
capable in making trade-off calls to prioritise, from ideation to live, with key measures of success
adept at analytics, including financial modelling, forecasting, and using analytics platforms
