Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of work experience in a strategy related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company
  • Experience with SQL

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the business and develop deep understanding of key value drivers for the jobs ecosystem to identify improvement areas and opportunities
  • Deep dive into the jobs and job seeker matching experience (how/which jobs we recommend to jobs seekers) to understand how the ecosystem is performing today and areas for improvement
  • Partner with the R&D organization to recommend changes to the LinkedIn jobs marketplace
  • Align on key business metrics to track to communicate ROI from R&D investments
  • Lead weekly business reviews on how the ecosystem is performing
  • Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
  • Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues
