Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive
Where you’ll be working: This position will be based in our Knoxville office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and learn the client’s business through listening in on meetings, note taking, active involvement in reporting
- Build an understanding of client’s goals, budgets and how to efficiently and effectively plan against both
- Assist AE, SAE, AS on production elements and general servicing of the account
- Reliably ensure every meeting is prepped and executed flawlessly, anticipating internal and client needs
- Track, house and manage all assets on the account
- Learn the link between strategy, planning, creative, analytics
- Own small production projects or client request fulfillment
- Organize and Traffic creative
- Interface with internal agency departments to monitor the status of on-going projects and ensure smooth cooperation between resources to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Schedule and conduct status meetings with internal team
What you bring:
- Previous internship experience at a digital or full-service ad agency
- Understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programs
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
- Experience in assisting with the development of client presentations
- Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure
