Client Success Associate

The DigiTrust Group is revolutionizing cyber security and we are looking for a Client Success Associate to join us as we continue our incredible growth trajectory. You’ll drive our mission of defending global companies against the bad guys.

As a Client Success Associate, you’ll play a critical role in a fast-paced and detailed-oriented environment, interacting directly with our most important asset, our clients. You’ll assume responsibility as the point of contact for a large number of accounts, corresponding with key stakeholders over email and phone.

What You’ll Do

• Handle all aspects of correspondence with companies we work with, including The Los Angeles Clippers, Lionsgate, and Starz
• Manage current and prospective client information utilizing our company’s sales tracking platform
• Gain insight into company operations by scheduling, coordinating, and joining teleconferences
• Generate proposals for existing and prospective clients
• Lend your creativity and talent to innovating solutions to client challenges
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and uphold the company values and image
• Work with our accounting team to prepare client invoices and follow-up with clients regarding outstanding invoices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
