- Collect, explore, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover actionable trends and insights
- Design experiments and perform statistical modeling, including testing and validation of predictive algorithms
- Develop scalable, cloud-enabled data pipelines and automation for efficient model deployment
- Create custom algorithms to solve analytical challenges with incomplete or high-dimensional data
- Visualize and communicate data-driven findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business and IT leaders
- Build web-based data prototypes and dashboards to support decision-making
- Collaborate with database engineers and M&S experts to refine data management workflows and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced data access tools, and train team members on new or enhanced systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (with at least 30 semester hours in mathematics, statistics, or computer science)
- Experience developing or enhancing cloud-based data solutions
- Strong knowledge of data imputation techniques and applied machine learning
- Familiarity with defense-related analytics or operational modeling preferred

Sejba brings nearly three decades of experience across the US Air Force and US Space Force.
