Signifyd is looking for a process- and detail-oriented Director, Revenue Operations that will lead our Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success (CS) Operations functions (collectively known as our GTM Strategy & Processes team). In this role, you will focus on both pre-sales and post-sales process rollout and improvement. Your work will influence the following metrics: campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, bookings, net retention, net promoter score (NPS), onboarding efficiency, time to go-live, and booked not live (BNL). Our ideal candidate is a structured, analytical thinker with broad experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CS Operations, and/or Revenue Operations. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who can collaborate within the overall Revenue Operations team on improving Go-To-Market (GTM) data, processes, tools, systems, and insights.
Responsibilities:
People Management and Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of managers and analysts that own GTM processes and strategy for the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, CS, and Implementations teams
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve Revenue Operations Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Work closely within the Revenue Operations organization to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity of GTM teams
- Work directly with GTM leadership, as well as other stakeholders to continually identify and prioritize process improvements for the Revenue Operations roadmap
Process Improvement
- Scale the marketing events and campaign planning, execution, and tracking process
- Set up and maintain the process for multi-touch attribution to inform marketing spending investments and allocation
- Own the rules of engagement and lead management processes to increase lead conversion and pipeline generation metrics
- Execute on the process for identifying and assigning net-new Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts and oversee dynamic territory management
- Refine and iterate on the opportunity management process (for both Sales and CS) to optimize for deal intelligence, inspection, guidance, and forecasting
- Standardize, document, and enable on the process for pre-sales to post-sales handoff of customer accounts
- Operationalize the process for new customer onboarding
- Facilitate the process for identifying customers with the highest upsell potential
- Own processes for measuring and increasing NPS
- Support the improvement of customer advocacy processes that yield references and referrals for the Sales team
- Standardize and rollout key processes to the global GTM teams
- Monitor and increase the adoption of key processes from GTM teams
- Proactively manage GTM processes that will improve data hygiene across tools and systems, specifically Salesforce and Planhat
Strategy, Planning, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Create the strategy and roadmap for Signifyd’s GTM process rollouts
- Work on strategic cross-functional initiatives, and eliminate silos between teams
- Consult Director+ GTM leadership on projects and OKRs, providing the viewpoint on operational feasibility, scalability, and excellence
- Support capacity planning and goal setting exercises for the Sales and CS teams
- Partner with the RevTech team (that owns GTM tools, systems, and reporting) to incorporate technology and automation across various GTM processes
- Perform ad hoc analyses and handle inbound requests from GTM teams
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or equivalent
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Ability to translate high-level GTM strategies into process and system requirements
- Team-first mentality with experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CS, Implementations, Business Development, Partnerships, Business Intelligence, Product, Finance, and Legal teams
- Working knowledge of GTM tools and systems, including Marketo, Bizible, 6sense, Salesforce, LeanData, Planhat, Salesloft, Clari, and Looker (or equivalents of previous)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) products for collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with an ability to multi-task in an ambiguous and faced-paced environment

USA Base Salary Pay Range
$146,200—$235,750 USD
