  • A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of demonstrated experience in a military intelligence discipline in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community within the last 15 years, or an Associate's degree and 12 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience conducting training at United States locations.
  • At least 5 years of experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum in accordance with Training and Doctrine Command and Army standards.
  • Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training material that supports intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Provide lesson plans and curricula in support of educational goals.
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and incorporate them into training products.
  • Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems.
  • Lead Mobile Training Teams to various locations.
