Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct customer service experience, delivering exceptional support
  • Business Administration diploma or certificate with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields is a strong asset.
  • Great at using good judgment to build strong customer relationships.
  • Tax knowledge and/or bookkeeping skills would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
  • An aptitude for learning.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members.
  • Collaborate with other team members/departments to answer member questions and exceed Member expectations.
  • Direct questions and concerns to the appropriate channels for resolution, while also addressing concerns independently as needed.
  • Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials.
