Responsibilities
  • Guide all levels of management to develop positive employee engagement, capability, and leadership skills
  • Advise and coach on talent management matters including HR requirements, workforce planning, performance management, DEIB, retention, succession planning, and change management
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the employee experience and implement innovative solutions
  • Build a high-performance culture through effective performance management
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide counsel to managers
  • Address concerns with empathy, documentation, and follow-through in a timely manner
  • Guide teams through organizational changes successfully
  • Provide back-up support to the People Generalist
