MEET THE TEAM

We are seeking ambitious, talented, and driven Solutions Consultants to join our team we are growing and scaling. This role would involve being part of the sales team, assisting sales staff as they are working with prospects/law firms. While working with law firms looking at LEAP, they will often require a product deep dive, whether it be in accounting, invoicing, or general parts of LEAP related to how the software could work for their firm. They will have questions, and want to dig deeper into the software, or have questions in regard to how the software will transition from their current system.

You will need an extensive knowledge of the product, and the industry/legal market, in order to have the ability and credibility to assist the sales staff in helping ensure that the law firm selects LEAP as their future provider.

** You will be required to be located on the East Coast and/or work in EST**

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop a deep understanding of the legal tech market and the LEAP software
• Join on sales calls with law firms to provide deep dives, Q&A, and reviews that are more specific to the firm’s needs and go beyond the knowledge and experience of the salesperson.
• Be able to discuss topics including but not limited to trust accounting, invoicing, LEAP software, legal matters, e-mail/Word integration, cell phone applications
• Have an extensive knowledge of the competition and be able to compare/contrast
• Have extensive knowledge in data transitions of LEAP software from various competitors
• Speak in public, and present onsite at events, webinars, tradeshows, etc.
• Assist in sales process to ensure as many opportunities as possible purchase LEAP

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Must have 3 years of legal experience or a proven legal background.
• Ability to speak in public and be an excellent communicator.
• Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable with topics around any part of legal software in the market as well as data transitions.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, training skills and presentation skills is required.

• Experience in a Pre-Sales, consultancy or Sales team role is strongly preferred.

• Experience in the Legal Software Industry is preferred.

• Experience with Legal Accounting/Bookkeeping is preferred.

• Demonstrate you can be consultative and professional when discussing complex subjects with Law firms.

• Good at Follow-up, follow-through and diligent to detail and organized and ability to project manage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with multiple cross-functional departments at LEAP.
