Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridgeis seeking a Banqueting Supervisorto join ourteam. We are looking for a Banqueting Supervisor to support and lead our Banqueting team in delivering flawless events and exceptional guest experiences. From elegant corporate gatherings to high-profile celebrations, you will play a key role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly and meets the highest standards of Four Seasons service.

The Banqueting Supervisor role:

The Banqueting Supervisor oversees the service of banquet functions and events, as assigned by the Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Manager. This position will lead the Banqueting Waiter/Waitress team in set up and throughout servicing the events.

What you will do:

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions, ensuring smooth service and impeccable presentation.
Lead, coach, and support the Banqueting team during events, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the Banquet Manager and Assistant Banquet Manager to deliver exceptional experiences in line with guest expectations and brand standards.
Act as a point of contact for clients during events, providing solutions with professionalism and care.
Uphold operational standards, health and safety regulations, and luxury service delivery at every stage.

What you will bring:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within high-end Food & Beverage or Banqueting operations.
Strong understanding of event service logistics and team coordination.
A proactive and hands-on leader with a passion for service and guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
