  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.)
  • 6+ years of experience in Healthcare Compliance and/or regulatory role
  • Strong understanding of industry processes, PBM Operations and Medicaid regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities

  • As our Senior Data Analyst for Government Programs, you will be responsible for supporting our compliance program effectiveness through data analysis to identify risks and trends using data visualization and dashboards
  • This may include generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts
  • You will become a subject matter expect, proactively identifying the applicable regulation changes for Abarca, generating, and disseminating the data needed for analysis, as well as supporting the Regulatory Compliance Team and department leadership in making key policy decisions aimed at proactively mitigating risk and potential audit concerns
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Medicaid or Medicare regulations
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Proficiency with at least one of the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack tools: MS SQL Database
