Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with alternative investment offerings
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau or other business intelligence tool
  • Able to work with and influence senior executives within iCapital and its outside network of investment firms
  • A team player who demonstrates commitment and dedication
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high-performance level with demanding and time sensitive initiatives
  • Understand complex concepts, determine key risk items, and communicate them clearly and concisely to internal teams, financial advisors, and clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using technology to leverage branding and information flow to both internal constituents and external partners
  • Experience managing numerous, complex projects associated with several investment products and activities associated with fund launches and fundraises
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of Alternatives Distribution to enhance the initial roll out of investment funds to be distributed via the iCapital platform
  • Work with the Heads of Alternatives Distribution and National Accounts to:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships between iCapital's General Partners and Distribution team members to effectively engage the Private Wealth Community; ultimately maximizing fundraising efforts and closing new business
  • Implement improvements and facilitate the ongoing monitoring of the investor pipeline and flows into iCapital flagship products
  • Communicate with Senior Distribution, Due Diligence, and Operational team members to manage existing and future products available on the iCapital Flagship site
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data to management while providing actionable insights and data to help guide the sales team
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, sales team members, and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing
  • Work with iCapital's Marketing team to help manage the communication and events associated with product launches and help coordinate the delivery of educational and portfolio optimization services available through iCapital
