Requirements

  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times, and ability to work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.
Responsibilities
  • Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and ending transactions with a sincere thank you.
  • Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
  • Work with the Human Resources leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, including understanding guest needs and ensuring the right mix of experience and skills for in-store and digital shopping experiences.
  • Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.
  • Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning.
  • Serve as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
  • Listen to team members, remain approachable and available, and collaborate with appropriate leaders to take action as needed.
  • Deliver Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.
  • Support the leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Work safely, comply with safety policies, best practices, and training, report hazards, and correct them where possible.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.
