Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8 – 10 years of related experience (marketing, experiential, etc.)
  • 3+ years agency experience
  • 3+ years sports experience preferred
  • Experience managing/training/mentoring junior team members
  • Previous experience developing and executing campaigns and events with focus on sports sponsorships
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Must be proactive and self-starting
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task at scale
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on large clients/projects with many moving parts
  • Serve as an integral member of a major financial services brand team within the agency
  • Oversee the client’s professional sports teams and entertainment venues portfolio
  • Develop rapport with clients, partner agencies and sponsorship partners
  • Provide sponsorship/partnership expertise and lead the development and activation of strategic solutions
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the development and activation of complex client programs
  • Build a thorough understanding of the client’s business, goals, and KPIs
  • Plan and execute assignments that are on strategy, on time, and on budget
  • Deliver polished client presentations
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the programs/account(s)
  • Stay abreast of industry and competitive trends in the marketplace
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Momentum’s core disciplines
  • Travel to various locations across the country to meet with clients or partner agencies
  • Manage and mentor 2+ direct report(s)
  • Supporting Momentum’s Values
  • All other duties as assigned
