Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; legal training and/or relevant coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years of contract management tool experience that includes responsibility of working with the vendor to implement needs and new features
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology, including AI
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve processes and systems
  • Ability to conduct legal and regulatory research
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to balance workload and prioritize duties
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • 1-2 years of contract administration experience that includes drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating contracts (noting that preference is given)
  • Provide administrative and compliance support for broader corporate legal needs
  • Track and report on changes in laws, regulations, requirements, risks, and enforcement trends to ensure legal compliance and risk management
  • Assist in gathering documents and information to respond to litigation discovery requests, facilitating legal proceedings and compliance with legal requirements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts, vendor agreements, order forms and statements of work (SOWs) with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage and maintain contract lifecycle database to uphold accurate record-keeping standards and facilitate efficient contract management processes. Act as main point of contact with database vendor
  • Contribute to the drafting, maintenance, and implementation of form agreements to ensure consistency and efficiency in contract management
  • Provide administrative and compliance support for broader corporate legal needs
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts, vendor agreements, order forms and statements of work (SOWs) with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure timely compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines, while effectively tracking renewals and terminations for accurate contract management
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks by working closely with internal legal and finance teams to develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage and maintain contract lifecycle database to uphold accurate record-keeping standards and facilitate efficient contract management processes. Act as main point of contact with database vendor
  • Provide administrative and compliance support for broader corporate legal needs, contributing to overall legal compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Contribute to the drafting, maintenance, and implementation of form agreements to ensure consistency and efficiency in contract management
  • Track and report on changes in laws, regulations, requirements, risks, and enforcement trends to ensure legal compliance and risk management

Saudi Arabia-based fintech Tabby raised $160 million in a Series E round at a $3.3 billion valuation, led by Blue Pool Capital and Hassana Investment Company, with participation from STV and Wellington Management. The funds will expand Tabby's financial services and support its IPO plans. Since October 2023, Tabby has doubled its annualized transaction volumes to over $10 billion.
