  • 7+ years in software or test development environment
  • 3+ years in a quality or software leadership role
  • Passion for testing best practices and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD and release pipelines
  • Experience applying Scrum/Kanban development methodology
  • Automated test experience, including unit test frameworks
  • Database and SQL knowledge and C# experience
  • Experience in delivering enterprise SaaS products and supply chain domain is an asset
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a growing high-performance team of software test developers
  • Guide the evolution of our tests and test automation frameworks
  • Ensure a high level of automated test coverage
  • Understand and use internal & customer data to help achieve coverage
  • Assist in triage, release process and monitoring quality dashboards
  • Drive ideas, initiatives, and feedback on testing principles
  • Collaborate closely with other QA/PV, development, and support teams to continually improve the experience of deploying and using the RapidResponse platform
