Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the apparel industry, with a proven track record in branded and licensed products.
  • Established strong relationships with department stores, off-price, and club channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in retail math and ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share within the branded and licensed apparel segments.
  • Leverage existing relationships to build and grow strong partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends, adapting strategies accordingly. Travel required.
  • Collaborate with design, account management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Represent licensed brands at industry events, and client meetings.
