  • 5+ years experience in fields related to marketing, communications, account management, engagement optimization, product/feature adoption and expansion
  • Demonstrable experience in increasing engagement, participation and/or sales
  • Background in Marketing, Growth Strategy, Communications, Sales, Content Strategy, and/or Behavior Change
  • Deep empathy for the challenges clients face as they strive to support their employees' health and wellbeing
  • Deep empathy for individuals facing a complicated health care system
  • Prior experience working for an experience-focused company a plus
  • Must be thoughtful, strategic, planful, and a self-starter
Responsibilities
  • Operate as the client marketing manager across several employer accounts to identify and recommend marketing channels and campaigns based on Transcarent's best practice marketing plans and templates
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and maintain positive relationships with leaders at client organizations including corporate communications, HR, benefit communications, and marketing
  • Utilize performance reports to proactively recommend adjustments to marketing campaigns and channel mix to meet client-specific goals
  • Deploy Transcarent marketing plans and personalize campaigns and messaging for client populations
  • Innovate, evolve and improve upon client engagement best practices
  • Deliver value to our clients by driving awareness, activation, utilization and retention of their eligible populations into all of Transcarent's offerings
  • Inspire and compel Members to participate in our offerings by being creative, strategic and focused on bringing humanity to healthcare
  • Solve problems related to healthcare apathy with the goal of improving the health and wellbeing of our members
  • Strategize, plan and execute highly tailored marketing strategies at the client level
  • Be resilient and constantly learning; analyzing data, refining best practices, and adapting new, innovative efforts to maximize impact
  • Be a team player, collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments

  • Develop and execute engagement, marketing and communications plans in collaboration with our Clients and our Client Success team
  • Analyze Client culture, population, needs and objectives to develop client-specific strategies that will drive engagement and achieve the client-specific goals
  • Define success criteria for each Client and each client-specific campaign; track and measure effectiveness; develop and refine to improve success metrics
  • Partner with agency and internal teams to create, execute and manage client campaigns
  • Work in collaboration with Client Success team to plan and execute client health and benefit events, including printing, shipping and measurement of event success
  • Deploy Transcarent marketing campaigns; collaborate with Member Marketing to personalize marketing creative for client populations
  • Write clearly and informatively while continuously editing your work for spelling and grammar. You have various writing styles to meet needs
  • Remain flexible with the change that comes with being part of a fast-growing organization. You're able to adapt to changes in the work environment and alter your approach or method to best fit the situation
