Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional CTO, global peers and service line leaders to ensure a cohesive, market-aligned approach.
  • Oversee technical delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and deliver measurable business value.
  • Build and manage a forward-looking technology portfolio, incorporating emerging trends that create value in the energy sector.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to senior executives, board members, and investors, providing strategic insights on complex technology challenges; Working directly with energy clients to define, refine, and execute technology strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead billable consulting engagements, shaping client technology strategies and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Represent Thoughtworks as a thought leader by speaking at industry conferences, publishing articles, and participating in industry forums.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the energy ecosystem, including technology vendors, regulators, and industry bodies.
  • Champion technical excellence and innovation, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of technology in the energy sector.
  • Drive the development of key tech leaders, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing technical community.
  • Conduct industry research and analysis, ensuring Thoughtworks remains relevant and competitive in the energy market; Aligning technical strategy with business objectives, collaborating across regional teams and executives to drive impact.
