Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day trouble shooting and monitoring of units.
  • Research projects and make evaluations with limited assistance.
  • Analyze data and present findings in written scheduled reports.
  • Lead incident investigations, including root cause failure analysis.
  • Conduct routine assignments within a team environment.
  • Develop knowledge of facility operations.
  • Provide technical support to routine maintenance and area business teams.
  • Interact with assigned business teams to optimize performance of business unit and refinery.
  • Follow directions, solve basic job issues and seeks outside help.
  • Support Process Safety Management Programs.
  • Research projects and make evaluations and recommendations.
  • Apply economic evaluations to increase profit potential and reduce costs of a project.
  • Fulfill assignments with attention to detail by identifying issues and creating solutions.
  • Gather pertinent information to improve operation and/or service.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to issues and concerns.
  • Develop scope of work for maintenance repairs and work orders.
  • Develop preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Support off-shift trouble-shooting efforts as necessary.
  • Assist in Honeywell TDC maintenance.
  • Develop planned shutdown scope of work recommendations.
