Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, administration, or management field and 6 years of experience in project management, scheduling, planning, or related field
  • Experience with scheduling software and principles is required
  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software is required
  • OR Associate’s degree in a technical, administration, or management field and 8 years of experience in project management, scheduling, planning, or related field
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in project management, scheduling, planning, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with all project organizations to ensure timely and acceptable activity status and updates
  • Facilitate resolution when problems emerge, or work performance does not meet schedule expectations
  • Support schedule quality analysis and resolution of identified issues
  • Ensures that management, planners and other support organizations have the latest schedule information, and priorities at an eight week look ahead in order to maximize production
  • Support modifications to the schedule as necessary to achieve maximum use of resources including balancing priorities and manpower
  • General understanding of system design and operation, including environmental, safety, and health aspects and regulatory conformance sufficiently to coordinate scheduling and related functions
  • Support implementation of project wide initiatives affecting plant operations personnel and resources
  • Perform activities and meet the goals and objectives established by the plant management organization
  • Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees
  • Support the Waste Treatment Plant Nuclear Safety Quality Culture by emphasizing the values of safety and quality in the performance of work in order to protect self, others, and the environment
Desired Qualifications
  • Administrative, organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Thorough understanding of equipment operations, maintenance requirements, and restrictions imposed by safety and environmental regulations
