Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS CS including onboarding and training
- Self-starter with a demonstrated passion for building systems
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an unstructured, dynamic environment
- Experience working with construction, real estate, or accounting a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage individual customer implementations while documenting and building scalable processes
- Effectively balance your time between reactive customer support engagement and proactive account management
- Build our knowledge base and operational playbooks designed to support SMB customers at scale
- Collaborate with product and engineering to streamline time to value
- Work with sales and marketing to drive our customer referral program
- Update the company with distilled weekly insights from customer interactions
- Recruit and train future CSMs and support team members
Desired Qualifications
- SMB Customer Success, Enablement or Implementation experience is a plus
