Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in a full cycle Sales role
  • 2-3+ years of customer facing sales experience
  • Salesforce of equivalent CRM experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Preferred: Experience selling SaaS, especially CAD and RMS, into Law Enforcement Agencies
Responsibilities
  • Work with existing Axon Account Executives to craft bundled or staggered sales strategies
  • Manage defined territory by building pipelines, closing new deals, and continuously learning
  • Work with internal and external partners to establish relationships and influence products
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Identifying decision makers among targeted leads or accounts
  • Maintaining and expanding the CRM (Salesforce) with prospects and accounts
  • Providing effective product demos for end-user customers
  • Own and build relationships with trade organizations
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management
