Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Agribusiness or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Seven or more years of experience in financial services, appraisal operations, data management, technology support or a related operational support function
  • Three or more years of leadership experience with responsibility for team performance, operational outcomes or people management
  • Experience leading operational improvement, business process optimization or strategic initiatives, required
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership, coaching and direction to staff to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Contributes to the development of operational strategies and priorities, while establishing the tactical performance measures that align service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Establishes governance, policies, procedures and quality standards that promote consistency, compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Oversees workforce planning, workload forecasting and resource allocation to support current and future business needs.
  • Directs continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, scalability and service quality.
  • Evaluates operational performance, service metrics and trends to support informed decision-making and achievement of business results.
  • Partners with business, technology and operational leaders to support the execution of strategic initiatives, technology solutions and process enhancements.
  • Leads communication, change management and organizational readiness efforts related to operational and technology initiatives for the department.
