Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years professional experience developing knowledge in production planning, material planning, supply chain management, customer ordering/shipping, inventory management, warehouse management and supply chain risk management
  • Kaizen-Mind based on the views of other DENSO Group Companies in North America from user's perspective to gain benefit
  • Strong ability to lead and negotiate with other DENSO Group Companies.
  • Strong documentation skills to assist DENSO Production Control standardization
Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations analysis to identify areas where the user and/or system can be improved. Identify best practices for standard jobs in North America with a focus to strengthen weak areas.
  • Identify training opportunities and system improvements required to share the best practice across DENSO North American plants.
  • Create and maintain user documentation (e.g. user manuals, training documents, etc.) for North America Production Control and Logistics operations and systems.
  • Conduct user training to improve user knowledge and maximize the users’ ability to effectively use the systems and processes.
  • Study user jobs within DENSO MRP system, gather user requirements and create detailed user specifications that will be used by Information Systems (IS).
  • Develop detailed test plans and compete testing to confirm IS development was correct, report and problem solve any issues.
  • Work with all North America DENSO Plants on implementations to prevent impact.
  • Manage all customer requirements for shipping to our TIER 1 customers. Ensure EDI Loading, Customer labels, Master labels and ASN’s are in specification. If a customer requires change, utilize new specifications and work with IT to develop.
  • Create project schedules, test plans, system testing, user training, user manuals, and problem reporting for project team and management. This activity can range from large projects that have multi-department project teams to smaller projects that are completely self-directed.
  • Oversee Helpdesk type support for system issues related to user understanding. Work closely with North America Information Systems and users to troubleshoot critical system issues (e.g. customer orders & shipping, supplier orders, etc)

DENSO to showcase keyless access solutions for fleet operators at NAFA 2026

DENSO will exhibit its keyless access solutions at the NAFA 2026 Institute & Expo from 13-15 April at Cleveland's Huntington Convention Center. The mobility supplier will demonstrate its MobiQ smart mobility brand technology in booth #271. The keyless access system is designed for government and large enterprise fleet operators seeking to improve asset utilisation and operational efficiency. The solution is compatible with BLE, NFC and RFID-badge operating systems and integrates into connected mobility platforms to provide enhanced telematics data. DENSO says the technology addresses common fleet challenges including lost keys, vehicle assignment, compliance and scheduling. The company, which employs over 23,000 people across North America, generated $12.5 billion in consolidated regional sales in the fiscal year ending March 2025.

Denso acquires FoodVentures to expand global agricultural one-stop solution

DENSO Corporation has acquired a partial equity stake in FoodVentures, making the Dutch company a consolidated subsidiary. The partnership aims to globally deploy an integrated agricultural production solution for greenhouse horticulture. FoodVentures brings over 10 years of expertise providing end-to-end support for greenhouse operations, from business planning to cultivation and sales. The company has supported operators across multiple countries and climates. DENSO, which incorporated agriculture into its articles of incorporation in 2022, has been building agricultural capabilities through strategic partnerships. Founded in 2022, Nextcore manufactures iron-based amorphous alloy motor cores that reduce power consumption by up to 40% compared with conventional motors.
