- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a Technology-related field, or equivalent experience and training.
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing or software quality assurance.
- Experience with testing tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, Rally, Client ALM, and SQL.
- Experience with web service testing tools such as SoapUI and SOAtest.
- Strong software analysis skills.
- Advanced understanding of quality management and best practices for testing techniques, methodologies, processes, tools, artifacts, and measurement.

- Create and maintain quality assurance standards and processes.
- Monitor common business-specific quality measurement frameworks and track improvement against predefined metrics.
- Plan and deploy software testing and project management processes based on the company's current methodologies.
- Create and monitor quality assurance activities at the program and project levels.
- Assess quality risk based on verification and validation results.
- Report software defects and raise issues or concerns regarding issue prioritization.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams, including development and project management.
