Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering design and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure with a specific interest in Civil design and delivery at airports.
  • Experience leading and managing teams of professionals.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational capabilities and a flexible, solution-driven approach to challenges.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Work with the project leads, intermediate, and junior staff to ensure the civil team’s performance related to project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency and collaboration.
  • Manage aspects of aviation projects from a Civil perspective, from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
  • Prepare technical designs, specifications, quantities, cost estimates and reports.
  • Building strong client relationships.
  • Oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with goals.
