- Develop guided troubleshooting procedures and instructional materials based on hands-on diagnostic experience.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system tests, removal and refit procedures, and results for reference and organizational guidelines.
- Experience with original-equipment testers and original-equipment descriptions.
- Knowledge of OBD-II standards and guided troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
- Relevant certification in Automotive Mechatronics.
- Level 2 and Level 3 Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Systems certification.
