Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Previous marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models. (A Director should have 7-10 years of previous experience. A Senior Director should have 10-15 years of previous experience.)
  • Previous experience managing direct reports (Director: Previous management experience is preferred. Senior Director: Previous management experience is required.)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment throughout an entire partnership
  • Experience reviewing marketing content created for clients
  • Familiarity with Wrike, or a similar project management system, is a plus
  • Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing, matrix environment by effectively working across diverse groups and hierarchical levels
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of partners, which includes building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction, and helping our partner universities understand the impact of our work on achieving their goals.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of Noodle’s integrated marketing strategies, including implementation across pre-launch, launch, steady-state, and growth phases aligned to approved budget and scope.
  • Review dashboards and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the enhancement of the institution’s market position. The Senior Director will also be responsible for monitoring performance analytics and collaborating with media, analytics, and Enrollment Team leadership to generate actionable insights aligned to scope and business objectives.
  • Synthesize key insights, recommendations, and plans in a clear, concise, and coherent way; create executive-level materials and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders within marketing and with other functions; drive alignment on key priorities across this diverse stakeholder set.
  • Oversee aligned Brand & Planning Coordinator(s) who will support marketing project coordination. Collaborate with a team of Integrated Marketing Directors, Strategists, Planners, and Subject Matter Experts working across the portfolio to cultivate best practices and innovative solutions through an in-depth understanding of Noodle’s marketing products, processes, and systems/tools.
  • The Senior Director will help champion talent development within the Integrated Marketing team by partnering with the Senior Managing Director of Strategy & Planning to identify development opportunities and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
