Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and ensure the quality of their in-store experience.
  • Advise and guide customers throughout their purchasing journey using sales techniques suited to their needs.
  • Promote the retailer's services and participate in commercial operations.
  • Master the product range in the assigned departments and present technical product characteristics using a structured sales argument.
  • Direct customers to products suited to their needs and perform product-specific activities for the assigned departments.
  • Share and report relevant information to the team and tutor.
  • Participate in department supply, replenishment, merchandising activities, and inventory counts.
